Lena was born in Gothenburg Sweden and have one older sister. Their family spent the entire summer and weekends in spring and fall on an island outside the city. It was a wonderful way to grow up, with the salty winds and a lot of freedom.
Lena has studied and practiced holistic therapies since 1992 in Sweden. She is a certified Reiki Master, Body Talk therapist and Shaolin Healer. Lena moved to the United States in 2002 to continue her education. She has two grown children, who stayed in Sweden when she moved to the US. Lena has done a lot of traveling between the two countries to keep the good contact with her children and the rest of her family. She also had two cats that did not have a choice but to move along with her.
In the last few years she has been taking Clairvoyance, Teacher and Minister Classes in Boulder Colorado.
She recently compleated an intense program called "Divine Healing". For more information please go to the Healing page.
Her husband Doug as been the one to set a golden frame on her life.
When Lena was introduced to PUSH-therapy it clicked directly because she could see the logic it presented. PUSH treatment releases tension in the body so the energy can flow easier, which is essential when doing healing and other energy work. PUSH is superior when it comes to releasing pain that is related to tense muscles. Everyone who is a professional athlete or exercises excessively will find relief for chronic tension in the muscles. Lena finished her education in 2006.
